Delivery
CSA shares will be delivered or picked up at pre-arranged and consistent locations throughout the season. Standard pricing for all payment methods includes delivery within the selected geographical range listed for each product. Discounts are available for those who choose to pick up from an agreed upon location. Once a share is delivered to a home or pickup location, it is the purchaser's responsibility to pick up. No refunds or replacements will be given for forgotten shares.
Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you love both the food and the experience of joining the Farm at Caracara for a season, through our CSA. Our business model depends on folks committing to an entire season with the farm. We, in turn, commit to doing our best to making that season worthwhile. If, however, you find your experience or your shares to be not meeting expectations, please reach out as quickly as possible. We will do everything we can to make it right!
