SEASONAL VEGGIES
We grow a wide variety of vegetables from early fall to early summer, pausing to rest the land and our bodies in the Texas heat.
Here's about what you can expect:
Fall-Winter:
Swiss Chard, arugula, butternut squash, lettuce, kale, pac choy, mustards, carrots, radicchio, cilantro, sage
Winter-Spring:
Lettuce, spinach, escarole, radishes, carrots,
collard greens, green onions, cabbage, beets, turnips, dill, cilantro
Spring-Summer:
Cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, eggplant,
green beans, slicing tomatoes, summer squash, peppers, onions, basil

CSA SHARES
CSA members join the farm for one whole season--ten to twelve weeks of produce. Each week is different, because every week on a farm is different! But you can expect to receive bunches of 5-6 veggies and 1-2 herbs, as well as a fresh flower bouquet most weeks in our standard share.

For folks paying with EBT/SNAP cards, flowers are not available to be purchased. All other share portions are the same.

FRESH FLOWERS
Making life a little more beautiful is just as much a passion at Caracara as making life delicious.

Here are some of the blooms you can expect to see:

Sunflowers, Daffodils, Zinnias, Snapdragons, Gomphrena, Celosia, Purple Basil, Alyssum, Marigold, Calendula, Yarrow
